1. General

Welcome to Sahraa Perfumes (“Sahraa,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

These Terms govern all purchases made through our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are ordering under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and that you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products

All fragrances, bakhoor, oud chips, mukhallat oils, and fragrance oils sold on this Site are described as accurately as possible, including scent notes, size, and composition.

Colors, bottle appearance, and natural oud characteristics such as grain color and texture may vary slightly from product photos due to the natural origin of oud and the nature of screen displays.

All products are intended for personal fragrance use only and are not intended for resale without prior written authorization from Sahraa Perfumes.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Qatari Riyal (QAR) unless otherwise stated.

Sahraa Perfumes reserves the right to correct any pricing errors at any time, even after an order has been placed. If a pricing error is found on a confirmed order, we will contact you before proceeding.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available where applicable. A COD payment charge of QAR 10 applies to all COD orders.

Orders placed via Cash on Delivery may be subject to verification by phone or WhatsApp prior to dispatch. Repeated refusal to accept COD deliveries may result in the customer being required to prepay for future orders.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Within Qatar

We offer same-day delivery within Qatar for orders placed before 12:00 PM.

For orders under QAR 400, a delivery charge of QAR 20 applies.

Cash on Delivery orders are subject to an additional QAR 10 COD charge.

GCC & International Delivery

Estimated delivery time for GCC and international orders is approximately 5–10 business days.

For orders under QAR 999, a delivery charge of QAR 50 applies.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays due to courier issues, customs clearance, weather, or incorrect address details are outside our control.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address and a contactable phone number.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Due to the hygienic nature of fragrance and personal care products, opened, used, or unsealed products are not eligible for return or refund.

Exchanges are accepted only for unopened and unused items in their original packaging, subject to the applicable return period and proof of purchase.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Valid claims may be resolved through replacement or store credit at Sahraa Perfumes' discretion.

Sale or promotional items are final sale unless defective.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and falls under our Returns and Exchanges policy.

7. Product Use and Liability

Fragrance products, oud oils, and mukhallat blends are for external, personal use only.

We recommend performing a patch test before full application, particularly for individuals with sensitive skin or known allergies.

Sahraa Perfumes is not liable for allergic reactions, misuse, or damage resulting from improper storage or application of our products.

Bakhoor and oud chips involve burning or heating. Customers are responsible for using appropriate and safe burners and ensuring proper ventilation. Sahraa Perfumes is not liable for damage or injury resulting from improper use.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to the Sahraa Perfumes name, logo, SH monogram, product photography, packaging design, and written content, is the property of Sahraa Perfumes and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

9. Privacy

Customer information collected at checkout, including name, address, phone number, and payment details, is used solely for order processing and delivery.

Customer information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required to fulfill your order, such as payment gateways and delivery partners.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising from purchases made on this Site shall first be attempted to be resolved directly with Sahraa Perfumes.

Unresolved disputes may be referred to the relevant consumer protection authorities or competent courts of Qatar.

11. Changes to These Terms

Sahraa Perfumes reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
